Rajnath Slams Kejriwal’s ‘Work From Jail’, Targets Him Over Maliwal’s ‘Assault’ In CM Residence

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh lashed out at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday during a poll meeting in the national capital, stating that he has disappointed the people of Delhi by reiterating running his government from jail.

In addition to predicting that the BJP-led alliance will win over 400 seats and that Narendra Modi will serve as prime minister for a record three times, Singh organized a roadshow to support Yogendra Chandolia, the candidate from North West Delhi.

“It has happened for the first time in the history of India that a jailed chief minister has asserted that he will run the government from there. We have heard about work from home, work from office but it is the first time that we are witnessing work from jail. Kejriwal has disappointed the people of Delhi,” Singh said, PTI quoted saying.

UP: Two Women Arrested For Strangling Two Children In Muzaffarnagar

Authorities announced on Tuesday that two women have been apprehended for allegedly strangling two young boys with the help of a ‘tantrik’ in a rural area.

The deceased, Keshav (7) and his younger brother Lucky (5), were discovered lifeless in their village, with the incidents occurring a month apart. Police suspect that a female relative of the children, along with her mother and the ‘tantrik,’ were responsible for the killings.

Reports indicate that the boys were strangled in a residence in Kelawda village, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Khatoli police station in Muzaffarnagar. Lucky’s body was found in the house on April 17, initially leading his parents to believe he had died of natural causes, according to police.

On May 17, Keshav was also found dead, prompting the police to file a murder case and launch an investigation, stated Superintendent of Police (city) Satyanarayan Prajapat, as reported by PTI.
