Vivo sparks up the under ₹30,000 smartphone market in India with its latest release, the Vivo V30e . This camera-centric device enters the scene with a starting price of ₹27,999, setting up a fierce rivalry against popular models like the Realme 12 Pro, Nothing Phone 2a, and OnePlus Nord CE 4.
Vivo V30e Specifications :The V30e boasts a 6.78-inch Full HD AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, offering a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. Powering the device is the octa-core Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, based on the 4nm TSMC process, coupled with an Adreno 710 GPU for seamless graphics performance. It comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, with the option to expand storage via a microSD card slot. Running on the latest Android 14 operating system, the V30e promises three years of Android updates and four years of security patches.
The Vivo V30e packs a hefty 5,500mAh battery, which can be charged using the bundled 44W adapter for swift charging. The phone is available in two color variants: Silk Blue and Velvet Red. Other notable features of the phone include IP64 dust and water resistance, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, 5G connectivity, and a USB Type-C port (USB 2.0).
In terms of optics, the phone sports a dual-camera setup on the back, featuring a 50MP Sony IMX 882 primary sensor with OIS and Aura Light support, along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Additionally, the phone comes with a 50MP front-facing shooter, claimed to capture crisp and detailed selfies.
Price of Vivo V30e in India: The 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant of Vivo V30e is priced at ₹27,999, while the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant is priced at ₹29,999. Additionally, customers can avail of a 10% instant discount using HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank cards, further reducing the price of this device. The latest smartphone will be available from May 9th on Flipkart, Vivo’s own website, and retail stores.
